CLOSE DOWN PERIOD - Caravan/holiday home cleans can be cleaned during this period as most sites permit us access. PRE-BOOKING - Using our website/booking or booking card is the most effective method to arrange your holiday home clean especially during peak season (February-May) as we cover over 10 sites across Norfolk. Scheduling is key to our success & helps reduce our environmental impact by reducing unnecessary travel of vehicle. GUIDANCE - Suggests owners periodically clean the outside of your holiday home annually minimum to preserve the integratory. Deep Clean charge may be applied of £30 should records suggest differently or inspection of new customers holiday homes. NOTIFICATION - Of completed work is by way of received invoice. INVOICES - Are sent to customer's home addresses/emailed, within 2 working days of completed works and the date displayed is representative of completed clean.
