CLOSE DOWN PERIOD – Caravan/holiday home cleans can be cleaned during this period as most sites permit us access.
PRE-BOOKING – Using our website/booking or booking card is the most effective method to arrange your holiday home clean especially during peak season (February-May) as we cover over 10 sites across Norfolk. Scheduling is key to our success & helps reduce our environmental impact by reducing unnecessary travel of vehicle.
GUIDANCE – Suggests owners periodically clean the outside of your holiday home annually at minimum to preserve the integrity. A deep clean charge may be applied, should records suggest differently or inspection of new customers holiday homes.
NOTIFICATION – Of completed work is by way of received invoice.
INVOICES – Are sent to customer’s home addresses/emailed, within 2 working days of completed works and the date displayed is representative of completed clean.
PAYMENTS – Can be made by cheque and please state invoice reference number on the reverse. Or on-line at highharrwood.co.uk/pay.
